• I believe I am very good at what I do. I know my stuff as I have spent hours learning my trade.



• I believe not all websites and internet marketing schemes are the same. Each individual companies needs are different and marketing strategies should match those needs.



• I believe a website can be slowly grown into what you need as your online presenses grows.



• I believe a website, or internet marketing strategy, should be independent of the web developer.

My philosopy towards customer service is this:

• Cutomer service starts and ends with one thought-R.E.S.P.E.C.T.



• I may not have the answer, but I will find it.



• I am not always right
