Driving down the road one day between Boise and Nampa Idaho I saw a huge reader board in front of a Baptist Church.  On the reader board was the question, "Are you lost or are you found?"  I remember thinking to myself,  "Even though I'm found, I'm lost."  At that moment I felt just as lost as the unfound.

In the local church around us we see those who we consider really with it Christians.  They are the Worship leader, the great Bible Study/Sunday school leader, or the lay minister of our local Church, and we place them on a spiritual pedestal.  In the global Church they are the Billy Graham, Sheila Walsh, and Amy Grant's of our world, and we put them on the same pedestal as well.  Yet, we never look at the flip side of the coin for those who we place on the pedestal, we never really consider pressure they live under by being the "with it" Christian.

So, where do you go when you're in the role of leadership and the pressure gets to high and you find your self lost while everyone else considers you found? It's scary to be honest with those around you about your state of lostness because the Church has not always been the kindest in dealing with those of their own who have fallen.  Yet, the voice of God still calls you on, so you can't just walk away either.  Things must be fixed, but how is that done?
